I mean... I am wondering how to make solar panel in e.g. "cross form"?.... ➕

When you grab a Solar panel from the parts tab go to the part properties tab. If you scroll down a bit you should see a "ESA hinge" switch if you flip it you will get the ESA style hinge on your solar panel.
