welcome

Hello, and in this tutorial I will show you how to add clouds to you planet.
For this we will use a blank template.
We will first need to use this command in the dev console. PlanetStudio_ToggleTerrainGenerationAdvancedSettings.
After that, go to your color blend and press advanced settings. you should see 2 modifiers when pressed.
enabled with symbols
Enabled with symbols is a good use for clouds and audoras in scaled veiw.
disabled with symbols
This is enabled with symbols but it is inverted. Any audoras or clouds will no appear in scaled veiw. This is for crating dense atmospheres.

what to put

Clearly the modifiers have to go somewhere. First you need to go to final pass and add clamp, noise, and color blend. Next, you need to add color blend to water pass if you have water on the scurface of your planet. Now, you can experiment with the noise modifier. Now, in the noise frequency means how much more times the clouds can appear. strength gives you more thicker clouds. Now, to the more complex ones, like octaves. This part of noise makes you have more detailed clouds when at 12 octaves. Gain, I do not know what this does.

thanks for reading this and I hope it helps.
