it's been a while since i've updated y'all on my main craft
so here is an update
mostly, it's visual stuff: lines have been made thinner (they might actually be too thin now), the engines have a cover thing that also has integrated airbrakes, finally redid and re-added the logo, added in the improved airfoils, and also updated the engine exhausts
alongside that, i also finally made it so that the landing gear has bays to go into, making this ludicrously fast boi just a bit more plausible (well, plausible in-universe, but definitely not irl :D), though i'd still need to make bays for the VTOL thrusters and docking ports... this was mainly done since Hypernova (for those unaware, it's my AU/fictional universe/lore thing from which a lot of my creations come from) has been slowly becoming a bit more realistic but will still keep scifi things like the hyper-casual FTL, insane maneuvers, and general "haha big numbers go WOOOOSH" feel that it had and combining it with actual science stuff — i mean, believe it or not, some earlier versions planned to have a mage character for crying out loud, thankfully that never made it in
as for 2024? hopefully i'll be able to release this, i'd say it's actually close to being done for once, i genuinely ran out of ideas on what to improve on it lmao
as stated before, ZG2 is slated for summer 2024 and i'm really hopeful it'll be the one promise i will finally be able to keep, though i am also planning to read 1984 during that time period so who knows... other stuff will be released in between, hopefully VB stuff (including Alpha Centauri and Teegarden), a joke system composed only of template planets, and hopefully some crafts and whatnot too (i've been working on an... interesting... concept thing, as well as a lot of the new Hypernova related crafts i've previously mentioned)
that, and it will also mark one decade since the legendary year of 2014 that i associate with all my nostalgia (even though most of my nostalgic stuff happened in 2010-2013 lmao)
