I've looked through the hidden properties, and the xml for the side interstage appears to have the same info. I was simply hoping to increase the battery cost per interstage detachment. I'm on Android.
Or dump a specific fuel(battery) amount from fuel tank or battery upon stage activation or activation group.
Am I missing something, or is this data not revealed yet?

Yupp! To discharge any fuel from a tank in this case: battery. With the activation of a stage, or activation group the fuel would empty by x amount.

If I understand correctly you basically want to discharge a battery by a certain amount with the push of a button?
Thats new to me also.
I believe you can activate a side interstage without a battery.
If anything is calling for battery in this situation, its likely the command chip.
