add some simpleplanes stuff to jno

so i play simpleplanes, and what i like which ISNT combat related is burning engines and the plane spawner thing. with burning engines you can make the game a bit more realistic, also, the way that in simpleplanes when a part takes damage and then loses power, that would also be cool. now for the plane spawner thing, or air traffic settings. it makes the game more fun and adds a little bit more life to jno.

also add flyby sounds
