How can I make "Gauge" show more things? Things like how much gas is left, how much electricity is left, how high up the ground, air density. How do I do that?

To be precise, you have to go to "additional settings" and there you have to activate "show advanced properties".
After that you have a lot more options at the gauge input. -

I think you enable the complex something in the tinker panel and then look through the options
