July 16th 2024 – Spire Aero has Successfully performed a spin prime test of the Pythagoras engine that will power its Perseus rocket into orbit coming late 2024.
Founder of Spire aero, Jack said “This step was the first grand hurdle the team had to go over and they did it with ease, This spin prime was the final step before this engine breaths fire in the coming days, I want to congratulate the team on this giant step forward in the road to orbit.”
Spire Aero Teams will now perform more tests of the engine ahead of a Static fire coming NET july 19th
