Hello guys. This is my first topic for this game, for which i wish to have a different destiny than KSP, unfortunately ruined with its sequel…I have this issue. I’m using my JNO version for ios and i have a craft docked on a station, plus i would add a module to my current station. However i have detected that when i try to do the contact, the station seems unable to pull to the door my module that i would add, and later it pull this one gently away from that. In addition, i found issues with commands, sometimes the translation mode and the analog sticks they react on a opposite direction than i was initially expecting. Someone have an idea how to solve this problem? It could be really appreciated, thanks

If you’re not the type to set your own goals for motivation to play this likely isn’t the best game! Even with that it can get a bit old after a while but also does in career mode I’ve found (after sending up the 20th SmallSat it’s really only for money at that point nothing real different then what you’ve done before). So then it can just become about finding diffrent ways to accomplish the same stuff.

Hello guys. I launched another module and this time, i can dock to any port without issues. I don’t know why with my launch that i made with stock Delta IV i have experienced issues, but in any case i was able to find a solution. Regarding docking, i want thanks everyone for your kindly support. It was really appreciated. Now this is just for chat together with you @plane918273645 @CloakPin @Toinkove , so feel free to ignore me or to give any suggestions. As I said, i came from KSP world, which sadly was ruined different factors, but regarding JNO, it is indeed a good game, but it sound….more empty. KSP was definitely more able to give you the feeling to “have a target”, and to give you a reason to make something, maybe multiple times. With JNO, despite it offer more plantes and satellites, this seems more harder to detect. If i’m playing sandbox or carrer mode, what do suggest me to do, from the most simple stuff to the most complex, so that i can create for myself a more enjoyable game experience? Of course, exploring other moons and planets will be an option, but I’m talking more about something which is more related to our blue marble.
Ah, no experience behind coding, is complicated use vizzy or there is a logic behind how I can learn it by myself very faster?

@Alien21 Try to use "Chase" mode camera + nav sphere on, this should be easier to control. and down at the bottom of the screen you can click on velocity orbit -> target velocity instead. this works when the other craft is selected then targetted.
hope this helps -

@Alien21 Sounds like the docking port is attached backwards.
Try using the Parts Connection Tool and check the port to see what its base is connected to and what the magnet side is connected to. -

@Toinkove i will consider your suggestion as well, certainly this is a much simple step to do in order to have a better perspective of RCS systems

@CloakPin the problem is that i press the on/ off switch key, it transform the docking port like a separated object and it start to float away from the station itself, making impossible add another module to my station. If i press undock the docking door which is free and available for docking it became another part and if i start to timewarp it disappeared like it was deleted from the game.
There is a way to upload photos as well? If i show you, maybe could be helpful

Sometimes it’s helpful to color the “up” RCS thrusters a different color so when docking you can identify visually the orientation of your craft. In the designer, the “up” side of your craft (when in rocket configuration) will be the side pointing away from the blue arrow on the grid at the bottom.

You may have to highlight the target docking port to bring up its action window and activate the port manually. Then it will pull you in.
@Alien21 yeah it still gets boring for me too sometimes, but vizzy can be entertaining, there are a few youtube videos to get started though, *Vizzy Tutorials by DeltLead for example
