Can we get ropes in-game?

I have seen mods of ropes in this website and I was wondering for a long time:
Will the base game have ropes?
If yes, I will like to see these variations of rope in the game:
Fuel rope: Allows fuel transfer
Regular rope: Regular rope with a carry limit
Strong rope: Slightly more stiff than the regular rope but has more carry limit.
Retractable rope: Similar to the regular rope but it can retract/extend
