Basically, I did some math on Nexus wrong, making it far too light. When I made the tanks the correct weight, it had so little Delta-V, it would barely get to 2 km/s. I took the opportunity to switch to methalox, pump up the engines (additives in fuel, injector / turbopump efficiency, subcooling, etc. Now it can get 10.5t to LEO and I will be releasing it very soon. I am also making a heavy variant (what Falcon Heavy is to Falcon 9) and a super heavy variant (4 extra cores instead of 2) as well as crew versions of them, designed for missions to LEO, Lunar Orbit, and even Mars Orbit.
