Beresheet is Israel’s privately funded moon lander. It was launched on top of a Falcon 9 by SpaceX 1 and a half month ago.

It was captured in moon orbit on April 4th. It attempted landing today, which failed. The spacecraft is lost.

    @Lizardman06 I think it still was an excellent livestream. The amount of telemetry delivered was astonishing.
    (they even displayed the temps and fuel mass)
