Juno: New Origins | How to put image in the forum post?

I'm not really good at using words so I always want to post my ideas using images but I don't know how. Anyone know how?

@Kell I see gogeek Forum's post of Marking Down your Post.He said to put this on putting images on forum post ![scale](image url) but a long time ago you said to me this ![image name](image url) which one is correct?
