I got 410TP by flying by Tydos, flying by one of its moons, getting into a stable orbit, and flying through its atmosphere. My craft was destroyed by the crush altitude, and I lost about 40km/s of speed due to the aero brakes. If you don't believe me, I can send some screenshots proving it.
