@TheVizzyLucky I think I deleted everything but the capsule on the standard rocket, and I think a mod actually told me why they took it down or why I had to take it down and it was something about using a post as a forum post

@BlueStarAerospace I didn't know that. In that case, I'd honestly try to ask a mod if that's allowed. If there's no answer, I'd just try it. I don't think anyone will be banned for that. Maybe yours was deleted because you technically uploaded a craft that isn't yours (I'll assume you just used the standard rocket or sth similar), but that's just speculations.

@TheVizzyLucky I don't think the mod's like that, I did that once a long time ago on a different account and I'm pretty sure it got deleted (well to be fair it was a public post, not unlisted, so I kind of just falsified my point, but mod's may take down non-craft posts regardless of public or private)

As far as I know that's not possible. You could upload an unlisted craft and use the description as "forum post" though.
