Resizable Pressurized Volume

@PorkyClown3 @pedro16797 the v2 of this concept is here. I think V2 is way less difficult for the devs to work on.

@pedro16797 can it change thickness of the walls though? As for the suggestion itself, we're pretty much going into 3D sculpting tools territory if we aren't already one.

You can make this (not pressurised though) with inlets, fairings, interstages and/or cargo bays
