My son's PC has started acting strange when he plays (or tries to play SR2).
The music plays but the screen goes black.
Graphics card is a Quadro 2000 and all was ok yesterday. Driver is the latest on Nvidia's site.
Anything I can try?
Thanks

@NathanMikeska First of all thank you very much for your response.
Second try to get the files from the folder I uploaded, here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1E4g4jpmFatnLJ6D6-b-vAVRe54OFVk3V?usp=sharing and third I have to tell you that the latest (v0.9.616.1) beta, is working fine. Any suggestions ?
@Anat09 Sorry the game isn't working for you. A log file may be helpful, if you could upload one. Thanks!
@NathanMikeska
Dear Nathan,
The same thing happens on my Mac early 2008, but with a 2009 video card (ATI Radeon HD 4870,512MB), on High Sierra 10.13.6, 32GB RAM.
How can I fix this?
Directory is:
user/Library/Application Support/com.jundroo.SimpleRockets2.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Anat
(PS: for your convenience I can upload the log files of the game, if you ask me to).
@ruivaz I am really sorry for the delay... I've been out of the office. Can you try deleting the following file and see if the game will then load properly?
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimpleRockets 2\ControlInputData.xml
Thanks for the support, Nathan. Please see if you can download the log here: https://send.tresorit.com/a#tsBYz1R0CDLichb4yT1IVg
Sorry to hear you are having trouble. After the issue occurs again, can you provide us with your game's log file (via pastebin.com or dropbox or something similar)?
The game log file should be located here:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimpleRockets 2\output_log.txt
@Anat09 It looks like Andrew answered your question here: https://www.simplerockets.com/Forums/View/3299/Trouble-with-launching-the-game
Sounds like your GPU doesn't support the Metal API. Sorry about that...
