SimpleRockets2 News

A small update for both the SimplePlanes website and the SimpleRockets2 website has been released. Basically it allows you to notify people if a new version of a craft was released. You can view Andrew's more elaborate post here.

Halloween Challenge

Things just got spicy for the Halloween Challenge, Some very epic prizes you can get, here is the prize list;
1st: 1500 points and the choice of three of our games on whichever platform they choose.
2nd: 500 points and the choice of two of our games on whichever platform they choose.

Interview With AstronautPlanes

How did you start playing SR2? Before I even knew the existance of SimpleRockets 2, I played KSP and SimplePlanes, when it was announced, I was amazed by the development that I looked at the page, then I got beta access one year ago, after alI that I bought the game when it was completely launched. * What is your favorite part about the game?* My favourite part of the game is definetely the custom things you can make like procederual engines, tanks, custom color schemes ETC. Why the name "AstronautPlanes"? I'm called AstronautPlanes because after playing KSP I moved into SimplePlanes. Do you have any tips for SR2 beginners? A fundamental tip for any beginner is that you need to be patient, and always make something unique like a plane with more wings, or a dual tank rocket (I made it a few hours ago!) or an asymmetric rocket like Kell did. What is your opinion on the SR2 community? The community is really big! So big that there are interviews!! **Thank you very much for taking your time for a interview.

What is your favorite part about SR2? the option to make almost anything from small rockets to small planes. How does it feel to be the highest ranked user? it feels good because is like a personal record also is the most important thing that has append to me. What do you think of the SR2 community? is small but is good is not toxic and is really good moderated. What is your advice to SR2 beginners? download crafts from others and learn thecinques from others to improve your stuff. Do you enjoy Simplerockets2 more than you enjoyed SimplePlanes? ye , oviously SR3 has a realy more stuff that you can make how i said before you can make almos anything on SR2.
