So in Simple Rockets 1 you could "save sandbox" and give a name to your saved games... You could save as many as you want as long as they were named differently. So during a trip to Smars I could save 3 or 4 times along the way, usually before each maneuver (in case I screw up somewhere) and later on I could simply reload any of my previous "saves" to go back to any steps I want... It also allowed to save some awesome missions in good or interesting situations that I could go back to anytime I want in the future.
In SR2 it seems you can only do a "quick save" and go back to the previous one ONLY 🤔
Am I missing something?
There is the "save launch location" option which allows you to save a particular place anywhere even in space where you can start from with a full rocket again (which in my view is ridiculous, should be allowed on a planetary surface only)
But how can I save different sandboxes?
Why would you need to go back farther than the last quick save? What i do for my missions is quick save upon entering earth orbit, then upon entering orbit of whatever planet I'm travelling to.
