How can i change fuel tank shapes from a round, tube shape to a rectangle or square like a block, like in simpleplanes, u could change from round to square sides.

Go to part shape and reduce all corner size bars to zero for a square

You go to the part shape tool tap on the end of a fuel tank or strut and change the corner radius
