VTOL, New NavSphere and more ideas.

Hi Test Dammers :)
I offer some ideas that may be useful (.-.)
Idea 1:
Add a new direction on the navigation sphere: Roll (Green circle, across the orange and blue);
Idea 2:
Add VTOL engines, please (After all, they are in Simple Planes!)
Idea 3:
But what if for VTOL engines (if they are) to make a new setting - Hold Geo Position, which will be activated on group 7 (or 11: 3)? That is, my craft climbed Altitude = 2km, and it WILL STAY AT ONE POINT along the XYZ axes.
Idea 4 (it is not so important):
Make (at least in version 2.0.300) trees, weather and wind :)
