What is the Battery to Xenon ratio for ion engines?

for real? 1.8 years and no one know it? there are only some n* posts. You have to wait, since solar panels load your batteries very slow, thats all but its not an question nor an answer to the original post.

Whats the ration? how many xenon do i need?

@GamingLaptopNoob I am having the same issue. The problem is the battery runs out and the solar panels do not charge the battery. Can't work out why but it may not actually be implemented in the game, yet.

I have max size solar panels and one ion engine with a crap ton of xenon a smaller battery and after about 2 minutes it cuts out and won't reactivate I check xenon its full so I don't know what's happening

ions do not work in the atmosphere.
