When can we expect the mobile (iOS/Android) release?
We plan to release the mobile version in September. You can pre-order it for iOS / Android here.
Is the game 2D or 3D?
It's going to be fully 3D.
When will the game be released?
The game was released on Steam Early Access on November 8th. After we get the features we want in the game, we plan to release the final version on PC, Mac, iOS, and Android next year.
How much will it cost?
We are planning on launching at $14.99 on Steam Early Access. When we finish Early Access, we will likely raise the price to $19.99. It's too early to say for sure about mobile, but it will likely be about $4.99.
Will parts cost money?
Yes, we will have a campaign/career mode where money matters, and also a sandbox mode where money doesn't matter. The initial version on Steam Early Access will only have the sandbox mode.
How many parts will be in the game?
Too early to say for sure, but probably around 30, many of which can be customized.
Will the game have multiplayer?
No

Why do some players start with 100 points and some don't?
When you create an account on SimpleRockets.com, we check if you already have an account on SimplePlanes.com. If your SimplePlanes.com account has over 100 points then you will get a starting bonus on SimpleRockets.com. The thought is that you already know how the website works and you can skip the white rank.

-Upvotes from crafts or posts.
-Have an old account on SP that got more than 100 points (if you registered here and you got no 100 points, even if later you have more than 100, you'll not have extra 100 points)
