Rover controls odd on mobile

Ive been playing on mobile alot more now and the controls on a rover or car are reversed. For example, say somebody builds a rover, and i wanna go forward, and they have made it as the pitch. When I slide the pitch on the nav sphere forward, the rover drives backwards and tries to fix its by rotating 180* backwards and then spins out of control.
