Now, Being 100% serious, that's not possible. To start off, The regular Milky Way galaxy has over 100 BILLION stars in it. Now if that's not a big number multiply that by an average of 8, because of how many planets there are orbiting each star. And to think, not all stars are mapped or names, nor do we have a completely accurate representation of what our galaxy looks like. It would take more than 50 years to create a game with that much in it and for it to be that accurate. It's a great idea, but as of right now, No Man's Sky had a galaxy that they had nothing to go off of, and still took them 5+ years to make.

Are you saying a Milky Way skybox or an elite dangerous level galaxy?

@Mymessage Oh it makes sense. I'm just saying what it would take to build a game like that. Amazing it would be, but another 50+ years we'd need.
