I’ve been using the mobile iPad version. Today I decided to buy the Mac version.
I started by doing the designer tutorial again to see if anything is different.
I’m getting stuck at adding the side interstage. It wouldn’t ‘stick’ apparently because it is rotated 180 degrees on the z-axis.
I tried undoing to the point where you drag the interstage out of the structural components. But now there is no highlighted area to drag it to.
I’m stymied, is there a work around?
well I got through the Designer Tutorial. Now in the flight tutorial I can't seem to control the thrust. I hold down the left control and shift keys but have no fine control, it's either 0, 100 or sometimes around 80%
Hmm, I'm not sure how you would get the rotation flipped, or why that would keep you from attaching a side interstage to a fuel tank. However, if you want to reset the rotation to zero you can use the Rotate Parts Tool.
Also, if you get into a bad state in the tutorial, you can just have it jump to where it want's you to be by clicking the revert button.
While pressing the left control and shift keys, I am unable to achieve fine control; instead, I get 0–100, or occasionally about 80%.
