I am currently working on a difficult project, but I need to know how I could take the last two items from either a list, or the log. My plan would be to use the subtraction operator to do some maths, but I can’t find a way to get a record of the heading at the time I want to be subtracted with the heading at another time.

Please, I kinda need help. I feel like the SR 2 community is kinda unhelpful and isn’t too active, so if you helped me this would boost my thought about this community.

Thanks and goodbye!

@Natedog120705 well good luck with that, be sure to visit the SRC for vizzy questions.

Oh ya, If I succeed I probably would be the first to make an automated Cylero launch, but it’s not going too well. @Insanity

@Natedog120705 cool, havent really played much with vizzy and orbital manouvers myself.

Oh I am trying to make something that detects the perfect window to travel to cylero, which the angle from droo to the sun to cylero would be 45-46 degrees. I’m tryigng to figure out how To calculate the angle, no matter what your craft pitch is at the time. I’m probably overthinking it but I put a small satellite in close orbit to the sun, and I am using variables Cylero Pitch, and droo pitch to detect the angle between them. I’m not doing too well with variables, because If I use the repeat think they just keep adding on to each other. Also another problem is that to find the angle I probably should use some other math equation, but my brain is just kinda not working as well as it should, so I’m not really sure how to calculate it. @Insanity

The site itself isn't too active, but the SRC Discord server is pretty active and is probably your best bet if you want to interact with the community.

@Natedog120705 np, i recently used that to try to integrate data with vizzy and i was able to make it display the total distance traveled by just looking at the velocity.

Ok thanks! I’m watching videos on general coding stuff like variables and I understand a little more, plus your help. @Insanity

Theres a really easy way to do this, you store the thing you want to measure in one variable, then wait a certain amount of time and store the thing in another variable, then you subtract the first from the second one, set the second one to the first wait again set the thing to the second variable, subtract again and repeat the latter part for as long as you want.
    Example for clearity
