I set all the stages of my rocket and when I launch it, the engines don't start basically the stages aren't working

You're going to need to provided a little more information. Can you upload and share your craft? Or at a minimum post a screenshot of the staging editor with all the stages expanded?
I'm assuming you are aware that you need to throttle up separately from/in addition to activating the stage including your engines.
