Once a part of your craft becomes disconnected, either via an interstage, a docking port, or an explosion, it is considered a separate craft. It is not currently possible for a vizzy program on one craft to get position information about specific parts on another unless the player specifically targets that part. A vizzy program can set the target, but only be planet or craft name.
Additionally, guided air to air missiles are going to be difficult if not impossible owing to all the limitations of vizzy programs on crafts the player doesn't currently control. These limitations are especially problematic inside the atmosphere, where this really go badly once the craft in question is over 1km from the player controlled craft.
