So in the 0.9.400.0 experimental build I found out that not only can you now use the planet studio for actual in-game editing, but also planets now support custom textures (they didn't before). So naturally, I made something I dubbed "Cursed_ESS" which, among other things, changes the terrain textures of every planet/moon with the profile picture of various notable members of this community. You can download it in the hyperlink above if you want, but it is worth noting that you need to get fairly close to be able to see the terrain textures, and I also can't guarantee how possible it is to get to certain places.
Guess it went from being a surface to a sure face. This is amusing, yet very neat too
