School Shooting in Florida

On February 14, Nikolas Cruz opened fire upon fellow students at Stoneman Doulglas High School killing 17.

Here is 15 of the 17 victims

All funds will provide relief and financial support for victims and families.
This is just one of many shootings to happen in recent months. For example the Vegas shooting, the church shooting in Texas, now this shooting. Mass shootings have become more frequent and more deadly over the years, while at the same time gun laws have become more strict. These facts bring up the questions: Do gun laws work? Do we need more gun laws? Should guns be easier to obtain for law abiding citizens? While shootings like these are on the rise, is enough being done to prevent future shootings?
My prayers go out to the families and victims of the Stoneman shooting.

Physicists at MIT and Harvard University have discovered a new form of light!

Scientists have discovered a way to make photons interact. By repelling and attracting each other.

When Scientists shined a laser through a cold cloud of rubidium atoms, the photons formed into groups of two or three individual photons. This created a new type of photonic matter that, unlike normal photons, had weight and were 100,000 times slower than the protons before.
Pretty much what that means is, it might be possible to harness the photons to use them to solve complex quantum computations at an extremely fast speed.
