Starting a spacecraft in orbit around Droo

In another post I suggested that we be able to start a spacecraft in orbit rather than have to launch it from the ground. This would be especially helpful with large space stations. It was suggested that I change the launch point. When I tried to do that, starting from orbit was not an option listed. Is there a way to start a flight already in orbit?
