How do I disable rotator input?

Hello everyone. I’m trying to make a rocket and there’s hinge rotators on it but I want it to only be in activation groups. If anyone of you know how to make it so it’s not sliders please tell me. Thank you!

    If you want to change the activation group
    change it in the tinker panel
