They’ve got the hard part done, and it works fine, all they need to add is a “new planet” button, (let’s you choose the basic stats like width, mass, atmospheric pressure, that kinda thing), a button to actually add map details like launch pads, a button to add new launch locations, and a way to move the view. Also, they’d need a new solar system button, you’d choose the sun color and stuff, then you’d add installed/default/self-made (in planet studio) planets, and set their orbits. But that’s easy compared to what they’ve already done, should only take 2-3 weeks.

Firstly,I think the planet studio should suppose to add planets to the system without xml,and change its orbit. It can be well on mobile and it is useful,I think.

@Dogfish5550 have you edited the terrain with xml? Not just changing the radius. I have a very powerful phone and it eats through my battery, overheating the device.

@NoIDontWanna @Dogfish5550 @SupremeDorian and if you start tweaking the terrain and you have to recalculate all the terrain and maps

@NoIDontWanna @Dogfish5550 @JustDatGuy You clearly haven't gotten to the hardware intensive part of planet studio. The solar system view isn't an issue; it's essentially just the normal SR2 map screen. The real problem comes when you load a planet from the "load planet" menu, and it gets worse once you click the generate button after making changes to said planet; which is assuming the game doesn't crash upon trying to load the planet in the first place.

Even my laptop struggles to run planet studio, having it enabled on mobile will only cause a lot of problems.
