Acceleration- How do I do it?

A motor has acceleration related to it's power, if it has to move a big mass with low power it takes time for the motor to reach max rpm

@Chancey21 maybe lowering the torque will help

Huh, nothing at all I can do? Like low power and low weight ve high power and high weight? @WNP78

It will accelerate to reach it's target RPM... Not a direct way to adjust acceleration
