The solution might be simple and I've not figured it out yet. The problem I'm having is if I have any electric motor operating- the electric motor itself or the electric wheels- they drain the spacecraft/rocket battery. Is there a way to prevent that? Example- I've built a mobile launcher using the cargo bay. The launcher uses the electric wheels to move. The rocket attached to the launcher has its battery drained by the wheels as the launcher moves.
