What's in the upcoming update?

I heard that the new update is going to be pretty big, so I was wondering, I know theres going to be many bug fixes but I'm just wondering about the new features, is it just the planet builder getting added, or are the devs planning to add the new system and the customizable command pods along with it or something like that?
