Rover Wheels

Hi all, I’m running the mobile version and have built a rover.
The wheels config, which I’m having a lot of trouble with, is as follows;

Wheel > Small Battery > Shock > Small Battery > Body of Rover
The batteries are set up to create “axles” or sprockets ie so that the wheels can attach to the chassis.

I finally got the wheels to turn about the right axis but the problem is, they just wont turn. I’ve played around with the input and output settings and turned fuel line on to all the parts connected to the wheels.
