If you had, for example, nine engines each with different sized nozzles, they only change in a 10% size range. Would this change the efficiency or power of the rocket since you have some engines that are at max efficiency, then other engines are at max efficiency later in flight. I know the Delta 3 SRBs had differently sized nozzles, but some were fired later on in flight. I don’t need sleep I need answers.

Yes, if you fired each engine at the right altitude that might give you an efficiency boost, you would have to throttle down eventually and the twr at start would have to proper aswell. Additionally you would be carrying a lot more engines at the start than you actually need, giving you a slight performance hit.

usually a bigger nozzle increases efficiency, but I can sometimes lower sea level efficiency. the Everyday Astronaut has an entire article on this lmao
