So I've wanted to take an image I have into the game, so I can make it the thumbnail of the system. The first thing I did was to replace a stock image with external images of the same name and dimensions. This just led to a broken image slot in the game. I tried setting the size to the correct thing (the sum of the size of the thumbnail and normal photo), which didn't fix it. Then I tried to change the cx string a little and changed the name in the XML file and the images. This also did not fix anything. I'm restarting the game between every attempt, so I'm certain the issue is not that the images didn't load in between attempts, and I'm near certain that other people have managed to do this, look at the thumbnails and images of ESS, those are definitely not stock.
Does anyone know what I'm missing?
