COMPLETED MISSION
On Monday, December 14, iSpace’s Infinite 7 launched Crew Scorpio’s first crew mission (OCS-1) from Launch Pad 1 on Droo with Jundroo astronauts Miller Graves and Vivienne Ruiz aboard the spacecraft. The spacecraft autonomously docked to the Space Station on Tuesday, December 15.
Twelve days later, Crew Scorpio undocked and departed from the space station, before successfully touchdown in the Touchdown Area A (TA-A) on Sunday, December 27 at 10:01 a.m. EST. This test flight marked the first-time in history iSpace successfully took astronauts to orbit and back.
With the OCS-1 mission now complete, teams is reviewing all the data for certification before we release the craft.
