Stop telling people how to use upvotes, the fact that people think they actually amount to anything in the first place is a dumb argument. If you like the craft or like the person you can upvote it. If you think it's cool and flies well, you can upvote it. If you know the person helped you a lot and you'd like to return a favor, you can upvote something. Dictating how people should use what feature is dumb for many reasons, this doesn't help anyone.

The thing with kelly's craft is that the experience wasn't actually that great (for me);
It had a lot of little problems with flying.
Edit: @KellyNyanbinary sorry if this is offensive. I studied the code and it is a technical masterpiece, but It is nearly impossible to make a craft (in any game) that is 100% realistic in terms of function. Thats why It had little problems.

Some people can't download crafts. Some people just don't want to. How someone upvotes is up to them and shouldn't matter unless it's by breaking the rules. I upvote without downloading about 99% of the time.

@HSH @SummerIron or possibly you have to download to upvote. So that way it eliminates some of this. Although people still may upvote anyways. The problem with removing the name would be that a lot of users have their name in the picture (at least a lot of very skilled ones). So a lot of the people getting popularity votes wouldn’t be affected.

@PointBreak yeah there are. I kind of wish the daily and weekly section of highest rated was removed. That way people don’t just upvote the first or second one because they like the person.

@Chtite451SR2 it makes sense to just give players that have just joined a few sympathetic points. Otherwise they will never learn how to get better. So I do agree with that. But they could get frustrated and quite if they don’t get just a couple of points and some point.

True. I tested the KA-27 and it's pretty awesome and it deserves the upvotes. But there's also a lot of amazing builds that go unnoticed such as Benssl's Chinese aircraft carrier Liaoning or VictoriaCross' [S.N.N.] Talos Class Battleship.
They must have also taken ages to make and did not get enough recognition.

i dont always bother using crafts, i do it on generosity for people (especially those who dont make very good crafts but should at least have a few points), but there are things i use, (no offense to all users)

It doesn’t actually help the creator either. If you upvote their craft and never test it then they can’t know if there is a significant problem.
