Adds a UI for creating reminders for future events like planned burns or transfer windows.
The events are listed per game state and stored as xml under
SimpleRockets 2\UserData\EventPlanner

1.1:

Addded a transfer window planner tool using pork chop plots. Clicking on the plot allows you to set an event for that specific point in time. I also changed the way event deletion works so you can now edit them as well.
