Adds a UI for creating reminders for future events like planned burns or transfer windows.
The events are listed per game state and stored as xml under
SimpleRockets 2\UserData\EventPlanner
1.1:
Addded a transfer window planner tool using pork chop plots. Clicking on the plot allows you to set an event for that specific point in time. I also changed the way event deletion works so you can now edit them as well.

Awesome mod! The transfer window plot is great, and to my knowledge, this is the first mod to implement it in JNO/SR2.

I keep getting an error trying to activate the mod:
"An error occured initializing mod type 'Assets.Scripts.Mod' in mod 'EventPlanner'Some other folk on the discord too. Any debugging advice?
