to C:\Users___\AppData\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimpleRockets 2\Mods
Enable the mod in main menu
Known bugs to fix for v1.6
accidentally uploaded the wrong version, its a bit lower quality sorry
The texture map is not orientated correctly (oopsy)
Brightness is global

This mod is really great- this is the kind of stuff that the game really needs to feel polished. I do have a few suggestions. #1 keep the clouds loaded no matter the distance away and then find a way to remove the basic cubemap clouds so they dont come in at the farther distance. This would look a lot better than a transition between the two and the temu clouds look better at any distance than the cubemap clouds in my opinion haha. I also think it would be cool to add a second layer of these 2 d clouds, perhaps 20km apart from each other to give more depth. The layers could move at different speeds aswell.

And is it possible to grid the planet and adjust the noise generation algorithm based on the land, dimension, and water area within the region to generate more realistic clouds? -

Mobile Players Are Not Happy With This, But In the End Of 2025, If They Add It, I Can Take These Code To Work On Mobile, That's Why They Don't Add Clouds On Updates.

This is amazing. The only thing you need to do is to somehow add depth, and viola, volumetric clouds (weather not included--and I don't know how to mod, so this is an idea).
