Auto Credit Based on Zenithspeed's Mortan System 1.1 - Runes 'n' Dunes

IMPROVED 1.2.1 VERSION HERE


Mortan, striking the balance between cliche/generic and unique, because making an actually decent description is hard. Whether it's the multi-mooned Merak, molten Natomak, friendly but freezing Mraz, or perhaps something even weirder, there's most likely bound to be a planet or moon that appeals to one person or another. Nearly every celestial body has its own lore and/or explanation in its description; if you are confused why something is as it is, then those will likely help.
Note that this is an extremely large system, and lower end devices may experience performance issues and/or game crashes, depending on your settings and device.


VERSION 1.2 - TOTAL SYSTEM OVERHAUL

yup, this one's a big boi.

ALMOST EVERY SINGLE PLANETARY BODY REVAMPED!

Here are some of the most notable changes:
-Mortan: Redesigned appearance, new lore, and more
-Merak: Overhauled basically the entire thing, added new island base and giga base, remade mountain base, finished construction on challenging race track (changed it to a sprint course)
-Vetiro: Overhauled appearance, new base
-Sortis: New terrain, less volcanoes, relocated base
-Karma: Changed terrain by a decent amount
-Mraz: Changed description, minor planet changes
-Ptorema: Changed majority of planet, removed rings (might've already been removed in 1.1)
-Rachtus: Made normal, well, almost
-Most asteroid-type bodies: Changed shape, colors, and craters

TONS OF NEW PLANETARY BODIES!

I've seriously lost count. Here's what i remember adding lol
-Arvidon, Natomak's "cousin" with 3 crater impacts. Uses planet brush and looks EPIC (in my opinion)
-Iskrosa, a purple Venusian planet with a very thick (40+ kg/m3) atmosphere and its moon Bariatus.
-Cyrrius, a Cylero/Mars analogue (sorta), with multiple strange moons!
-FATOMA IS BACK! Renamed to Vantormia, overhauled appearance, minor base changes.
-Tetra, Spinarian moon with basically 100% water and 0% land.
-Lumina, sort of a Luna/Moon analogue, with ooo bioluminiscence
-Shamrip, a sub-sub-moon (told you there'd be more moonception)
-More stuff?

INTERSTELLAR TRAVEL - PLANNED BUT CANCELED, SORRY :(

Mortan 1.2 was planned to add 3 new stars with their own systems as well as a black hole, however due to performance issues and the orbit validator giving my iPad a stroke, this was unable to be made. Fear not, though, i will later upload the other systems seperately, along with a lot more features to them and their planets to make it more suitable.

PLANETARY BODY RENAMES

You always gotta change cringy names.
-Virtus to Vetiro
-Fatoma to Vantormia
-Kirimoy to Karostus
-Nanyak to Natomak
-and more?

OTHER CHANGES:

-Changed orbital parameters of many planetary bodies
-Planetary body orbital parameters changed again for the who knows how many'th time (just so the goddamn orbit validator doesn't cry)
-Changed mean gamma of ALL atmospheric bodies to be "somewhat realistic"
-New music for many planetary bodies
-Removed Sortis spawn location (it kept wanting to go to the top of the spawn location list and i wanted to make sure that Merak is the "primary", first spawn location), added spawn locations to Vetiro as compensation
-New skybox (this isn't a change i made myself, but was changed due to updating game to 0.9.801 and after, just wanted to point that out)
-Adjusted ambient light for planets that don't have a somewhat dense atmosphere (most noticable on e.g. Tedar) (this was inspired by other players so credit to them)
-Planetary body debuts will now be public again, although revamps and other changed bodies will still stay unlisted as to prevent cluttering

Most textures for terrain textures or rings are not made by me, and credit goes to their respective creators.

    1.3 is in the works, hopefully with a change to the height of spawn locations

    @Zenithspeed yea I think it’s because of that I try and use suspension or launch it from the water but mostly it still explodes probably depends on the weight of the craft

    i don't use vizzy much so i don't know what's wrong, however i think it may be because i set the spawn locations higher than the structure colliders to prevent clipping with their surfaces, might take a look into that in the next version

    yeah, i didn't want to lag out anybody using the structures (that's why it's so low detail) and the planet already has a ton of structures, but thanks anyway lol

    I saw “city of tapiria” and I was all excited and when I saw the actual thing I was like “That’s the city? Depressing.” Anyway cool system though. Lots of structures to explore.

    yeah, i specifically want Merak to just have a bajillion moons so that everything looks super beautiful from anywhere you look, sorta like in the Avatar movie or something lol
