@MSROCKETS to access Planet Studio you have to type PlanetStudio in the dev console, there's no direct access because it's still in development. To access the dev console go to Settings/Controls and in the top left [...] button you should see "Open Dev Console". To get quick access you can go to the Other controls section and bind it to a key.
@MSROCKETS I agree, it isn't really obvious how to install them on PC, we have the same problem with crafts. In mobile devices clicking download is the only thing you have to do, in the steam browser too. There are multiple options for external browsers as you listed before. The most useful approaches imo are pasting the link in the game (very easy to do but not obvious at all) and clicking downloading and then double-clicking the downloaded file.
If you have any idea about how to let people know about the copy-paste approach without it being too bulky I would love to hear your suggestions.
This said I think this isn't the right place to discuss these topics.

Here is how I got into the planet editor: Use the DOWNLOAD CRAFT function on the MENU tab to download a Celestial Body. Download one and it will direct you to the Planet editor. As well, by typing "J" you can get into the "DEV CONSOLE" and then type Planet Editor. I haven't tested that yet however.

We all know that, it’s right in our face. Using the steam browser isn’t an issue unless you have optical claustrophobia.
There is/used to be a guide of the dev console to get into the planet editor. The p.e. is still under development and if you wait long enough it’ll come.
To dowload this system on PC it is necessary to activate Simple Programs 2 on
Steam. Run the game press Escape to get to: MENU. Click on the top blue (cyan) box that says DOWNLOAD CRAFTS. From there you can dowload the ESS system. I do not know how to directly download these from the site using a PC browser.
