    @Elewaitingforally that is a good way to do it, I just eject chips so I don’t have any issues with RCS solar panel activation and gyros.

    @KuiperAerospace and yes but my trick sometimes when I finished docking, I switch to the main module that has the chip and save . A bit less convenient but at least the game won't rename the space station all over

    The trick for giant space stations is ejecting command chips. Learned that lesson very late into the game...

    I would not use an engine to slow down but I will use the RCS to do that slowing.

    Being above the orbit of your target is no problem, like transferring from Droo to Sergeaa by horizon, make some burns on the horizon and lower the periapsis.
