i managed to do the balance by hooking the rear fins dihedral angle to the pitch control so that i dont have to worry about CoM and CoL but the problem is still the flip and descending vertically afterwards :(
(also still trying to overcome a possible controls bug)

@crowxe CoM and CoL near each other. That flap movement is random LOL.

Well done, I love how you made the balance to fall flat with minimal oscillation / attitude change

@crowxe It will not crash(probably) if two or all engines will relight but for the sake of mimicking I need to relight only one engine as what real SN8 did.

did you crash it on purpose to be like the real SN8 ? because as far as i can see it was going so well.
