It uses pistons, this because using only actuators makes the whole nozzle to vibrate when using navlock and the thrust itself its pretty powerful enough to make not stronger frames to break up.
Just select the grouped part and save it as a sub assembly, just check the piston orientation at inverse to avoid any vector issues.
Requires batteries.
