Hey nerds! It's me, Funny...!!!

Been a long time, I know. I've been busy af, plus working on a thing that most of the spitters likely want to make their own. And btw, I started making this before Elon went crazy. Anyway, after as long as a whole ass year, I can finally present to you—

MEDIUM TORPEDO

This Career Friendly silver giant dildo is what I'd like to call the FALOR MLV, or the "Fully Automated Launch to Orbit and Return" medium lift vehicle. It drank too much water and electrolyte them to get tanks full of HYDROLOX. Ehm..... Yeah I know not a single billionaire would create a reusable hydrolox rocket (wait, I forgot nova's awesome second stage). HOWEVER! Here I am, yet making one, now manufacturing for you all to get it for free... You hear that!! FREE!!!

I mean JNO doesn't do cash around shared craft plus it is a SHARED craft PLUS I make this for learning and FUN!!!.

well now, I'll be showing you:

. • CAPABILITIES
. • PROPULSION SYSTEM
. • FLIGHT PROFILE
. • HOW TO FLY??? DUDE, IS THERE ANY FREAKING INSTRUCTIONS???
. • WHAT'S NEXT?

So just read while you can read, idk, would you like to read? This description is not that formal or actually not even close to a formal and polite description text. I scored bad in English I guess

CAPABILITIES

Ah yes, this High-performance automatic reusable rocket is made out of a booster, an orbiter, and fairing. You rocket nerds must already know the rest. As a medium lift orbital class reusable rocket, this dildo could throw up to around 17 Metric Tons to LDO (low droo orbit), using RTLS (Return to launch site) recovery configuration.

Now I know what yer thinking! You're putting that megamind face with the caption; "NO DRONESHIPS?". really thought you were asking for bitches but Lemme tell ya, you can still make CASH in career mode even if the craft is in the middle of the ocean without a barge, as long as it is still within recovery range.

And just as what our aerospace company's CEO said;

"best part, is... No... Wait, Best part is to just GET RID OF THE OVERCOMPLICATED SHITS AROUND OUR GIGS" — Funny Aqna

So we came out with throwing the booster out to the ocean after stage sep. She will retract her's engines to cover them under the heat shield because DUDE— she will slip into the atmosphere at +2000 m/s making her a really 𝓗𝓞𝓣 Booster. After that, she'll perform the Ocean Landing. With that recovery configuration, you can YEET AROUND 30 METRIC TONS TO LOW DROO ORBIT.

There are special stuffs for this dildo. Beside going on a fully automatic launch to orbit, you don't need to manually switch between the first stage and second stage, Let the VIZZY do the rest. Even the landing is automatically done, so just make sure no landed booster is already on the targeted landing site.

PROPULSION SYSTEM

Alright, we know rockets is just a vertical liquid tank. without propulsion system, they will just sit down for the rest of their life. So, we've built these amazing engines to get the third newton's law work. There are two different engines for each stages.

Sprayer Engine

Aha... Imagine a high-ISP-low-thrust pushes to get something to circle around Droo. Definitely, a vacuum optimized engine. Small combustion chamber but massive nozzle, just good old vacuum engine.

Sprayer Engine named after a gentle water sprayer that I found in my house. built for propelling the second stage to orbit and in-space operations. You may ask; the heck?? Water sprayer?? If you don't know chemistry, there is a fun fact. You can burn oxygen and hydrogen to get flames made out of water yeah fr fr since—

You get it. Btw, Sprayer Engine is electric, it has a powerful electric pump to suck in all the propellants. If you're on a long duration mission, make sure the Solar Panels are deployed during coast phase.

455 Kilo Newton of thrust and the same number for specific impulse, DUDE THAT'S EFFICIENT. can't believe that? Download it LMAO, and upvote if you find that true.

Vortex Engines

Although, small and each has a way lower thrust than Sprayer Engine, there are like 17 of them combined so it goes RRRRAAAAAHHHHH. Again, water stuff based name, Vortex Engines are like spiral bursting water that yeet the water out at 3 km/s speed, oh and it's super HOT.

Using Staged Combustion cycle, much like what you see in the famous space shuttle, Vortex Engines will get the FUCK off the SURFACE and FUCKING BACK. Low thrust for each, it's like 221 kN. However compared to the specific impulse, 407 seconds, this is probably one of the most Efficient First Stage Engine. All of them gimbals and how will they perform? I will tell you later in "FLIGHT PROFILE". Oh yes, I mentioned that this thing won't need a stage zero or any ground support system, because the engines alone can hold nearly 200 Tons or more just as you click that "launch craft" button.

I'm tired talking dude and out of ideas, so move on

FLIGHT PROFILE

There you go, as you can see, it'll be fun. Not sure if you'll read this but I'll write this creep anyway.

Unhinged... Ehm...

I'll go with the RTLS first.

Return To Launch Site Recovery

All the flight profile is about YEETing the payload and return the booster back home, that is simply it. And start with

  • Launch and Ascent

    • normal rocket stuff, it is the beginning of the excitement. All 17 Vortex engines on to generate more than 3.8 mega newtons of thrust to get the FUCK off the ground.

  • 𝓗𝓞𝓣 Stage Separation

    • All 17 Vortex engines begin to die, as the Sprayer Engine sprays it's ultra hot water at an enormous speed. The interstage will release the Orbiter making her drift away slowly. Meanwhile the booster does a supersonic backflip using it's thrusters and resurrect 6 Vortex Engines to let her goes back home.

  • Boostback

    • Using a roughly precise calculator to calculate how long she needs to fire the engines to go home. She could predict where she will impact Droo using GoldenShadowGS' impact prediction chip code in This Craft. After completing the burn, she will automatically switch back to the Orbiter, so you don't have to.

  • Orbital Insertion

    • After switch, the Orbiter keep slowly pushing herself to orbit. Automatically control her pitch to maintain the apoapsis and to make sure to get as close as possible to circular orbit. The burn will be ended as she reach 85 km periapsis, 5 seconds later she will switch back to the Booster.

  • Descent and Landing

    • The Booster will strikes through Droo's atmosphere and will be coming in HOT for landing. Using all four of her claws to steer herself down, making sure the impact position is on the targeted landing site. Shortly after passing subsonic speed, 6 Vector Engines will be living again for the last time before and for the landing. Finally, when the speed is low enough, all engines will shutdown but two for precise hovering and eventually, Touchdown.

  • YEET

    • Simply YEET the payload.

  • Orbiter Recovery (Optional)

    • this one is possible, look at the activation group and turn off the engine, that will cover it under the aft heat shield after deorbit burn. Make sure the parachute is on and just wait. Warning; high failure rate, idk if this was necessary anyway, why did I make it in the first place lmfao.

Ocean Splashdown Recovery

  • No Boostback, Just Keep Going

    • Same flight profile minus the boostback, there is an option in the activation group to do this recovery mode for heavier payload. Instead of going back home, the Booster will just coast on a ballistic trajectory post stage separation. After the Orbiter finished her orbit insertion burn, she will switch back to the Booster. The Booster will slice through the atmosphere at a way higher speed than before. Thus she will retract her engines to cover them under the heat shield.

  • Ocean Landing

    • Not much guidance is made but to point herself straight. She will perform landing burn before splashdown on the ocean... unless you've set a specific heading that the booster had to touchdown in the middle of a land

HOW TO FLY??? DUDE, IS THERE ANY FREAKING INSTRUCTIONS???

Who asked? Oh you asked? Well I've got an answer. Now I'm sure you will read this part at least partially.

Ugh... People nowadays hate literacy including myself lmao

Setup

When I say this massive dildo is fully automatic, you'll need to set little things up to tell the vizzy program that we are go for launch. Just a handful of stuff, easy to set, no worries.

Make sure to launch this thing on DSC Launch Pad or as close to Droo Space Center region as possible. After that, just throttle up 100% to tell the vizzy to go.

That's it, it will just launch and do the rest for you until the second stage reach orbit.

After the mission is done, make sure to recover the booster from the menu. If you resume the booster's flight, it'll not do anything because the vizzy program has ended.

Optional Setup

There are a few optional setup that you can custumize before 100% throttle to launch. That includes; setting heading for inclination, recovery configuration, landing site options, and finally AutoCam mode.

  • Set Heading: since DSC Launch Pad located right on the equator line, I've set an indicator before launch what orbital inclination it is targeting for. Heading straight to the east will be for 0° inclination, west for 180°, south and north both for 90° inclination. If you don't understand orbital mechanic, just play around with it.
  • Recovery Configuration: switch between RTLS or Ocean Landing using AG4. By default it will use RTLS configuration, but if AG4 on, it will go for splashdown.
  • Landing Site Option: by default, the booster will choose landing sites randomly between four options; Landing Pad A, Landing Pad B, Launch Pad, and Large Pad. Turn on AG5 to switch if you don't feel like to choose what's chosen, or if the targeted landing site already has a landed booster— oh wait, did I mention the Launch Pad??? Oh yes, the Booster sometimes takes RTLS too seriously, Fr fr
  • AutoCam AG9 is by default on for auto camera choice. That'll basically switch between some cameras throughout the flight to make things cool. Eh but this one... You can turn it off mid flight, or back on mid flight. Flexible enough.

Payload Setup

Simple thing, just put a detacher that activate on stage 3 inside the faring and attach whatever creep you want to YEET to orbit in this thing.

Easy.

For multiple payload or rideshares, just use more detacher or maybe even additional fuselage or struts to support them. As long as the payloads are 𝓓𝓮𝓮𝓹 𝓲𝓷𝓼𝓲𝓭𝓮 the faring, we are good to go.
I'm not going any 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 right? Right? 𝓗𝓮 𝓱𝓮

Orbital Refueling

Bro, bro, bro, BRO...! since Elon chit chat about mars we all has been inspired especially orbital refueling. Dock a no-payload second stage with the other that has it. Transfer the fuel and go. Fr, this can be a big opportunity for deep space mission. Since there is no propellant boiloff in JNO, transferring hydrolox fuel has never been easy. Despite this game being a "new Origin"

There as you can see, one carrying a GNSS sat for a satellite launch contract in career mode, the other docked to transfer it's fuel. Wonder how to set a tanker configuration for the Orbiter?

The image above shows how. Simply put a strut or other fuselage to extend a little, then on the tip, put a 50% sized docking port.

The port that the tanker will connect to, is located on one side near the aft of the Orbiter. Docking on it will be quite a challenge. Yep, it is hard since the port are really small to reduce the mass penalty. You can max up the magnetic force perhaps to help.

WHAT'S NEXT?

next? No idea, but I will have idea so stay tuned. No wait, to be honest I do have some good idea, maybe I will make stuff that uses tinker panels to extend my creativity. So yeah again, stay tuned.

If you have any questions about this craft or my overall things, feel free to ask. And if you found any critical problems with this craft, tell me immediately so that I can fix it just as quick.

And to close this long ass description I didn't know I would make, I will say, THANKS for:

  • GoldenShadowGS for the impact prediction chip that makes this rocket I have, possible to make.
  • All my mathematics, physics, informatics and computer teachers who had thought me all those subjects I needed to have fun in this weird af nerdy way.
  • And to my friends that supports me in this community, especially Mmmmnex for the awesome screenshots for my previous craft, ATC - 15 Leapfrog

And with that, my name is Funny Aqna, see you in the next project... Or Xwitter @FunnyGuyexe4

Adios
