This is a recreation of the soviet built caspian sea monster. Although the ground effect is not in the game it is possible to fly this close to the surgace of the ocean. I hope hope you guys like it and comment any other aircraft you want me to build.

@Liftey actually I think there is ground effect is Juno because when I was using my version of Jimboslim's Mk II (check my profile to see it), I was in level flight, and as I got closer to the sea surface, I started to move up
